Download Audacity-2.3.3.zip in same folder
In first screen enter Version Number: 2.3.3
Will be also extracted if found in same folder:
lame_v3.100.zip and ffmpeg-win-2.2.2.zip from buanzo
Extract and run AudacityPortable.
Settings of installed Audacity should be preserved.
